I have been working at WNS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    There are NO Pros :(

    Cons

Many... 1) Low pay scale 2) Company doesn't value the employees 3) Pathetic Management 4) Too Much Negativity 5) No Perks at work (literally zero Perks) 6) Transportation facilities are really very bad 7) All the higher designated people Lie almost about everything 8) They make a mockery of everyone's life.... 9) This company exploits everyone 10) The company is the worst nightmare and no one really should work there unless they are willing to get exploited 11) You can never get a chance to learn or up skill yourself because they don't invest in employees they only want to get the work done from us 12) They don't treat you like human... 13) WNS is not Employee centric and never will be... Honestly the list is endless... Someone planning on joining WNS should first contact a former employee or a current employee to know about the actual WNS

    Pros

    Cons

More than half management positions occupied by unworthy people Frontline is under trained and made to feel insecure Frontline is blamed time and again for management ineffectiveness Not at all employee centric Some basic provisions are unacceptable like non-working water filters, cafeteria food timings and quality, transportation criteria and penalties Cost-cutting applied on almost everything No profit sharing with hard working employees No transparency that can be validated Middle management has no strategy or accepted ideas and works in silos Frontline is made to overwork forcefully Not an equal opportunity employer Favoritism and gender bias managers Uses monetary penalizing control processes for frontline Worst appraisal system - no discussion ever Ineffective HR team in front of Operation heads

I worked at WNS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1) Transport 2) Good for girls 3) fresher crowd 4) that’s it nothing is good in this company

    Cons

    1) Low salary, if u compared in market, people are earning way less than others, even if u r experienced. 2)NO holidays. You won’t get any Indian holidays or any festival leaves. 3) weak management. They are calling people from NASHIK. These ppl are literally less educated, no professionalism, can’t speak English. And this people will get promotions than others. 4) no work from home system. In corona crisis, they are still asking ppl to come to office. ( it comes in the news also). 5) Too much Politics. In RDC process, people are coming from Nashik, they are literally doing this only. They make groups and ultimately start doing politics and favouritism. 6) Crowd is not highly educated. Mostly crowd is 12th pass and freshly graduated.
