I worked at Waitrose part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Really good work hours, good team and the company management and organisation was on point.

    Cons

I worked in Crowborough Waitrose, which is underground; meaning no natural light. Minor issue but I wouldn't like to work there 9-5pm 5 days a week.

I have been working at Waitrose part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very nice team and some members are a pleasure to be around, When you eventually get to progress its good fun working in different sections, Management tends to be ok with releasing for holidays related to school or educational purposes.

    Cons

Management is very poor, Can't keep to time scales, very badly organised and often reluctant to grant wishes to train in different areas. Pay is often some of the worst around big supermarkets, and i've found that new starters that enter the buisness get the same amount of money I do having worked for the business for many years and having been trained in many sections.
