No real pros you were made to feel alienated as your not a "proper partner " until you've been there 3 months so you don't get invited to any partner parties or benefits
Cons
You get treated as lower class and kept out of anything that is going on with the partners

Management in my store was really bad and there was a lot of favourtism amongst the managers and some staff members
