    Some customers that can be very rude, no full time jobs but everyone part time.

    Subsidised canteen Staff discount at Waitrose & John Lewis Profit share Problems can go up the chain to be answered and improvements made Good salary considering the type of work

    Cons

    Hard work High proportion of Eastern Europeans, some of which speak perfect english but communication with those that don't can be difficult.

    They often wanted you to commit to lots of extra hours
