The team I worked with was really good, always a laugh.
Cons
Upper management have no clue how to run the business. Pay works on a performance matrix but don't expect to be paid where you perform. I was a grade 4 (very good) but my pay was just above the grade 2 (developing) and it was only moving down each year.

Cons
They removed the bonus, the benefits, the paid breaks. Then started to force me to work nights. This was when I quit. I was also given shifts from 2-9pm and if I took a break, it would be taken out of my pay.

Pros
Fairly good pay especially when you're under 21, the people and superiors I worked with (not managers) were really friendly, easy to ask questions to and welcoming.
Cons
Hours were either 6:00-14:00 or 13:00-21:00 and the two days off were never consecutive, this is fine but it means there's never really a proper break and I was only ever informed of my hours the week before which was extremely annoying. The higher-up managers were very superficial and generally hard to approach.
