    I worked at Waitrose & Partners part-time

    Pros

Good working atmosphere, supportive managers who schedule daily tasks very well in order to allow for a good working speed and what not.

    Cons

Sometimes it got quite boring and monotonous doing the same job over and over and over again so maybe a bit better job design could fix this issue and keep the workers more engaged.

    I worked at Waitrose & Partners full-time

    Pros

Friendly staff with a relaxed environment promoting freedom and autonomy and potentially a lot of responsibility.

    Cons

Pay is very low considering the standard of work expected as well as sometimes clients being difficult (Though thats the nature of retail)

    Advice to Management

Take time to make sure everyone feels confident doing the job they have been assigned while taking care to allow people to learn at their own pace.

I have been working at Waitrose & Partners part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Listen to music. Once you are using initiative and are trusted with autonomy you can be as antisocial as you want. Saying that the staff are all great to work with. Good pay.

    Cons

Was told about graduate schemes, working the same section so you are familiar with where things go. Neither of these things exist.
