    I worked at Waitrose & Partners part-time

    Pros

Good working atmosphere, supportive managers who schedule daily tasks very well in order to allow for a good working speed and what not.

    Cons

Sometimes it got quite boring and monotonous doing the same job over and over and over again so maybe a bit better job design could fix this issue and keep the workers more engaged.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Waitrose & Partners full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

All my colleagues were super nice, the managers were great and it felt like they really cared about you as an employee and a person, the bonus was great.

    Cons

The hours were pretty tough (starting at 5am) and the pay was just ok. The values of the partnership were great in a way, but it did feel like they were in the process of being undermined by top executives, i.e. discussions of people missing out on the bonus if they took more than a certain number of sick days.
