Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Water Corporation full-time
Pros
Fantastic work life balance, very flexible employer and lots of opportunities across the state. New CEO appears to have the right ideas but the Corporation is a large, resistant wheel to turn on his own and will take him a few years.
Cons
Overly cumbersome bureaucracy makes it extremely slow to get anything done and lacks accountability for not delivering outcomes. Continuously restructuring ( 4-5 since 2013) has lead to a middle management heavy business and associated political jockeying between departments.

Approves of CEOI worked at Water Corporation
Pros
Good location, autonomy and the recent change in exec.
Cons
Support heavy. Lack of demonstration of the importance of those that work on the frontline by most middle managers, leading to a them and us culture. Constantly chasing the next fad or trend creates uncertainty and confusion among workers. Few leaders, plenty of lack lustre and egotistical managers.
