I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

401K, retirement planning, nominal stock purchases were nice. Sales goals were gone when i got hired. Branch level staff genuinely cared for customer needs

    Cons

Medical coverage options (costs) were *very* average/below average for a large corporation. No work life balance (came to work sick multiple times because of incorrect hiring/staffing for extended periods of time) Additional negative press during/after tenure. Manager did not care about my personal development, as a non-white male felt like a diversity hire.
