    Loved my team and the company perks.

    The pros weren't enough to make up for the lack of support given and the strict compliance standards needing to be adhered to without any proper guidance were beyond stressful.

    I have been working at Westpac Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    If you are in the right department, then there is a lot of room to grow and move. People are constantly pushed upwards internally, so a lot of spots open up pretty regularity above you. Key metrics for people leaders include team development so a lot of focus is put on developing employees and moving them up.

    Cons

    not many real cons, but i suppose it depends which area you work in. nothing specific to Westpac that isn't also evident in other companies.
