- easy to work your way up in the company if you’re committed - don’t need a degree for most roles - good employee benefits - good pay and bonuses even for entry level - good work incentives (awards, $$$, award winner trips away for you and your partner)

- hours are more than most - systems are not good with regular slowness and malfunctions - lots of company politics - people who should have been fired a long time ago keep their job because they’re friends with higher ups or know too much

A lot of training was provided. Supervisors were strict and thorough. Developed good customer services skills
Cons
Long hours. Targets were sometimes unrealistic. Some branches were target-focused instead of customer-focused
