    Pros

    Great workplace benefits, loans insurance, holidays, sick leave entitlements.

    Cons

    There are some really good leaders and some really poor leaders in the business. Unfortunately it takes too long for upper management to find and fix any shortfalls of lower performing managers. The business is very tight on budgets so much so that often working very long hours with little to no reimbursement.

    Pros

    Very good culture, enough opportunities to grow.

    Cons

    I had a very good team leader but the floor manager was very biased. Quarterly motivates were just pain for me
