Pros
Motivated senior managers. Large Organisation with major IT systems. Tough solutions for you to fix. Compensation is competitive and in line with other banks. HR team is very nice. The building you work in is new and very close to the station.
Cons
The organisation is very large A lot of projects end up going nowhere. Getting approval for things can be difficult A lot of politics to get through in order for oyu to get the job done.
