I have been working at Westpac Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Amazing work flexibility and career development opportunities within the company. Plus employee perks like charity donation matching, and up to 1 year unpaid career break if needed, amongst many others.

    Cons

It’s a HUGE organisation of almost 40,000 employees so you’re a tiny fish in a big ocean... which means, lots of red tape, politics and waiting for changes.
