    I worked at Westpac Group for less than a year

    Pros

    The team is great and really helpful. The office itself is quite nice and you do have a work/life balance with everyone leaving at 5pm.

    Cons

    The money is really bad considering that you do full-time work and barely touch your training books. The corporate environment is old fashioned and based on values.
