    Positive Outlook

I worked at Wet ‘n Wild

    Pros

    - Lots of hours (at least in my case) - Great co-workers (in my location) - Friendly but firm, good management - Advancement opportunities - Good employee discount

    Cons

    - In Vegas, it gets a little too hot, they need more ways to make sure the cashiers working at the food stands are keeping cool.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to keep those working out in the sun a little cooler, it's a little hard to work when you feel like you're melting.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Wet ‘n Wild for less than a year

    Pros

You get to go to any theme park in orlando for free as many times as you want : universal studios, Islands of adventure, sea world, aquatica, busch gardens You'll meet people from all over the world!

    Cons

95% of the management staff don't care about anyone that works under them, lots of drama, and they are extremely strict: dress code, calling in/out of work, arriving a little late even if you called ahead of time. they will take points away from you, for any little thing (you only get 10 points). the turn over rate is absolutely ridiculous.
