    Pros

    ...if I worked in sales and marketing, it likely would have panned out. Many great people there, wonderful people, just stay out of Revenue, it's very dysfunctional.

    The Revenue department: don't work in it.

    The weather will always be a Con if you do not come prepared with ways to deal with the fact that it is hot outside
