    Large company with room to move. Flexible work hours and development opportunities.

    Cons

    Development opportunities seem to be dependant on the "relationship" you have with Directors... Hence the title of this review. The poor culture is fine as there are always plenty of client events to enjoy the free drinks at.

    Work life balance. Management is receptive to training and development if you ask.

    Cons

    Poor work culture. Many staff are unmotivated and team work is non-existant. Lots of management changes. Staff is not held accountable for poor performance.
