      Early shifts, short shifts, coworkers were cool.

      Cons

      Low pay, unorganized, no full time, management acts like they are better than everyone else, rude customers who act like you owe them something.

      Hours deviate from week to week...no way to create a budget for yourself. One week you are scheduled 18 hrs the next 35.

      A great first job for a high school student.

      Did not seem like there were many avenues for advancement.

      I'm too inexperienced to give worthwhile advice. But I can say that management for me was very personable and nice. They really cared about my well being.
