I worked at Woolworths Group for more than 3 years

    Pros

Staff discounts and great support - if you're going through stuff, even if it's not really work related. They take care of their people and most people working for Woolies are quality people from diverse backgrounds and life stories.

    Cons

Can get a bit difficult when you're working in a smaller store. It can get a bit too involved and political.

I worked at Woolworths Group full-time

    Pros

Excellent remuneration including 2 yearly bonuses based of performance and KPI’s. Work life balance. Training and development (pre Customer Operating Model)

    Cons

Unskilled workforce at store level. Some unrealistic expectations in regards to store performance and labour hours/wages. Culture has dropped to the worst I have seen over my 15 year tenure post Customer Operating Model restructure. Upper level management out of touch from Middle and Lower Management.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Woolworths Group for more than a year

    Pros

Pay is very good considering the work

    Cons

Lack of feedback from Woolworths, they're willing to preach the PC lines about how much they care about people's mental health etc. yet are willing to terminate your employment on the spot without providing you with a reason. This is despite reaching KPI's and not once receiving critical feedback. Then they start hiring people 2 weeks later, only chance of permanent employment at a DC is if you're over here on a VISA.

I have been working at Woolworths Group part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Clock in/out and not worry about work until you're actually getting paid for it.

    Cons

Culture totally depends on managers; if they're great, it'll thrive. If not, you're in trouble...
