Decent pay compared to similar jobs elsewhere, good work experience opportunities. Plenty of ways for career progression if you decide to turn the job into a career.
Cons
Bad managers can make the job unenjoyable. Poor rostering from managers. Quite often understaffed to save money, sometimes resulting in extra work during busy periods and more stress.
