    Pros

Good colleagues to work with. Management were nice and happy to help. Good training.

    Cons

All my shifts were pretty long shifts - might have just been my store but no morning or arvo shift - only 10 to 12 hour shifts.

I have been working at Woolworths Group part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Reasonable job if you like a fast paced environment. Staff discount. Friendly staff. Annual Leave. Ability to work across multiple store departments.

    Cons

Managers can play favourites with staff. Valued staff members can get stuck in a department without the chance to change departments. Not getting two straight days off leaves you constantly tired. The constant call ins can get a bit overwhelming.
