I worked at Woolworths Group full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Exciting projects, ability to work with leading people in their field, great training.

    Cons

HR are the most useless people. If you have ANY issues, expect it to handled badly. It WILL be held against you if you try to move to a different role. Your Manager will not be pulled up if they bully you - they will get promoted. This will happen over and over until you realise you are just a number and are expendable (something your managers will tell you all the time).

    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Woolworths Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

When you join it is either sink or swim. They provide an overview of the business as well as their overall strategy. From day dot it was go go go. Lucky their system is easy to pick up and makes reporting easier. I learnt so much in that short time span that many dont get the opportunity to do so. A great place for those who are driven and committed. You work with alot of bright people. You do your work and then go home. My manager never expected me to stay past 5pm.

    Cons

To be honest that one downside was not the role itself but the traffic in the morning. There are approx 3000 employees who all start at the same time. You gotta be early to avoid the pile in and find parking.
