      Pros

      - Good pay roughly $21/h for part times and $26/h for casuals - Enjoyable once you get to know the people working there -Flexible around uni times. - Good learning experience - Opportunities to be promoted to higher levels in the management hierarchy (If you think smart and work fast, you will stand out for these opportunities) - Good hours and number of shifts (Subject to the size of the store and number of employees there) - Work parties

      Cons

      - Competing for more shifts, especially if your store is new. (Old stores usually give 2-4 shifts per week when you start). (Work hard and you will get more shifts, easy as that. Not rocket science) - Sometimes working in the chiller and freezer (Chiller is suppose to be done by the Fresh department after the new the business structure was introduced) -Dealing with bad customers (Good learning experience) -May need to wake early due to possible 6am starts -Depending on store location, parking can be hard to find -If management in your store is bad, you're not going to enjoy working there. (Usually management is good)*Shoutout to BINOD :) -May call you anytime to come as a replacement or additional staff (Can decline if busy)
