    I worked at Woolworths Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Not too much aggressive politics, many employees are from middle class families who are happy just to have a pleasant life in the burbs.

    Cons

    Employees are usually happy to maintain status quo, not very clued in. Young people who are too talented may feel stifled and treat as short stepping stone.

    Always have a lot to learn

    Cons

    A lot of overtime - you have day time job and then do the night support and always get many calls each night.

    I have been working at Woolworths Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Large Company, Lots of places to move, great experience, looks good on your resume, good to learn how to behave and perform in a large corporation.

    Cons

    Management are self absorbed, only look after themselves, lots of politics. They promise lots of training and upskilling, but if you arent chummy or in the pocket of your manager than you will never get ahead.
