      Pros

Modern technologies. Technical people are mostly high skilled.

      Cons

8 hours per day back-to-back meetings with no breaks and you are expected to do your work afterwards. Long hours. No work-life balance. Management has no idea how to run IT projects. Business always sets unrealistic goals and never listens to an input from engineers what causes the timelines to fail constantly . Pressure to work on everything at once. While some projects are working around the clock, others do nothing for years. People are always shuffled form project to project without any reason.
