    Pros

    Strong people culture and performance improving, however often lack structure or strategy. Onsite facilities are nice and lots of training options

    Cons

    Drive and traffic is pretty bad but campus has nice facilities. Pace is quick and management can be very demanding.

    Lovely team to work with, awesome managers and its the type of job where you're allowed to have some fun!

    Cons

    Typically worked quite late, and only ever did 4 hour shifts at a time. Wish I had more full days on weekends.

    Keep on being great!

    Treat employees as machine.

    Pros

    Great environment. Supportive and friendly, community concious. Its not like going to work its like meeting up with your friends. Don't get me wrong we do work hard but you forget that you are getting paid to do this.

    Cons

    The only downside is the distance I travel.

    The location of the call center could be closer to transport.

    When you first start they are enthusiastic about you and give you lots of credit and shifts.

    Cons

    No progression. Pay is average unless you are a casual. You are just a number to Woolworths, no recognition for good work or consideration.

    Treat your staff the same way you expect us to treat you.
