I have been working at Workforce Logiq full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Remote flexibility (before COVID too), unlimited PTO, not much micromanaging, innovative ideas

    Cons

Very GP driven, sometimes it can be exhausting. Reward the hard workers, not just the PM's with high GP customers. We cannot control what our clients do.

I have been working at Workforce Logiq full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The interview process went smoothly. The recruiter was able to answer all my questions regarding benefits, compensation, salary, and training. But after the interview, the whole job was frustrating.

    Cons

Cons: Limited Training, Poor Communication, I was hired by Workforce Logiq to work in an unemployment call center for the state of Oklahoma. After merely 2 days of training, they sent all the new hires to production without letting them take practice phone calls. All the new hires were overwhelmed with the heavy call volume, and confused about how to handle the calls. There is very poor communication. We weren't instructed on how our paid hours were recorded, and documented.

I worked at Workforce Logiq full-time

    Pros

The company got hired by Carlyle group last year and hence the vision and mission of the company has changed since last 6 months. Still following are the good things still existing in the company. 1) Team leads and above gets laptop 2) Work from home available to anyone when required 3) Flexible working hours 4) Total leaves+holidays per years is 43. 5) Employee get 21 PL (personal leaves) each year which can be carry forwarded every year till you gather 63 PL. These 63 personal leaves csn be encashed when you exit which is equivalent to 2 months salary. 6) Each project is working in agile framework and also shifting towards cloud technology (mainly Azure). 7) Free tea 3 times a day and good lunch (50% subsidized by company) and snacks provided in canteen. 8) Negotiate the package to maximum level at entry point.

    Cons

    1) No bonuses since 2 years. 2) Average hike during appraisal irrespective of your work. 3) Limited parking space compared to employee count. 4) No process setup for cross team communication causing lot of issues. Each team works without bothering about risks and impact which other downstream teams will face. 5) Firing employees especially from Infra and BI team. 6) No recreational room to play TT or carrom or chess. 7) US team always dominates offshore team while taking strategical or technical decisions although they do not have such technical competency.
