I worked at Worldpay full-time for more than a year
Pros
Some great people to work with. Could easily talk to variety of people and got to work with some very senior stakeholders. No set hierarchy like some fin tech places. Interesting work
Cons
Left during time with merger with FIS. A lot of uncertainty around the new structure and reporting lines. Particularly with a lot of areas being moved to the US. Leadership within departments and programmes were poor. No set idea of what want to do. A lot of people felt excluded or an after thought. Promotion or career progression was just not an option and completely ignored.

Pros
- work culture , domain , fintech , Management
Cons
- Tech stack none none none none
Pros
It is a good job if this is my last job before I retire - Most people across the organisation are kind, take ownership and are collaborative - Cares about personal development and mental health - Open to career growth (albeit a slow progress) - Good autonomy - Lots of opportunities to learn depending on the role
Cons
- Onboarding takes time, lots of logins to be set up - Not gender divers enough - Many teams -> lots of meetings to update one another - In the middle of all kinds of changes due to being acquired by FIS (internal tools, - Can improve gender and cultural diversity - Lots of processes
Pros
No onshore with such a big user base
Cons
All good, best work culture in such a big IT giant.

RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Worldpay full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
There was always opportunity for advancement and ability to have an impact in the early days. I was able to learn and grow a lot during my time at Worldpay.
Cons
You are just another fish in the pond and even senior individuals are very far removed from any real decisions.
