    Pros

Work-life balance is good. Good benefits.

    Cons

Limited room for growth. A lot bureaucratic red tape and unnecessary corporate admin duties for all.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to recognize and reward talent instead of personality contests.

  6. "Hard work - rewarding - challenging - not a good work / life balance - not enough development"

    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Worldpay

    Pros

The People are amazing and the Culture is positive

    Cons

Work / life balance is not where it should be - there is an expectation to work as many hours as is needed to get the work done, regardless of how much work there is

    Advice to Management

Work harder to proactively engage and retain your top talent

I worked at Worldpay full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working from home once a week due to lack of space in the office Some good people

    Cons

Some HR policies are clearly outdated. For example, Career break policy only allows 6 months break. When you want to attract talented young people you must allow them to go on a travel/volunteer break for at least one year. Pay rises are just standard rate for all company, if you want more you generally have to get an external offer so they increase your salary. This ends up making a lot of people leave when they... get an external offer. Vantiv and FIS acquisition were creating big confusion on projects and employers.

    Advice to Management

HR needs to improve the salary progression process to retain talent and attract new good talent. Offer longer career breaks - you will get people happier, having different life experiences (volunteering/traveling/political/...) that will value your company and clearly improve productivity.

I worked at Worldpay full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great people at lower level jobs, who will help you when they can. Good choice of nearby shops for lunch and doing odd jobs. Free parking that is nearby.

    Cons

People who get promoted tend to be related to senior management or family friends. They tend to put people in to the wrong positions to keep them satisfied. They take a lend of staff who will work extra hours to help out with little in return.

    Advice to Management

Give the most qualified and hardest working people promotions, not someone because they're friends with Paula on Nationals.
