I worked at Worldpay full-time for more than 5 years

        Pros

Good time off plan, you get several weeks as well as major holidays. Health benefits are pretty standard. Stock purchase discounts are a big plus.

        Cons

Middle to upper management does not collaborate well. the same project may be run by different departments with no interaction. Advice to Management

Start promoting leadership from within, the more outside leaders that come in, the more scattered the vision and execution becomes. upper management needs to get more into the details and understand what is really going on with mid-level management and below.

I have been working at Worldpay full-time for more than 10 years

        Pros

As you gain experience with the systems & people and did well you could assume more responsibilities and more varied experience.

        Cons

Pay increases come slowly and seldom reflect increases in experience.

        Advice to Management

Find ways to acknowledge your team, even just a team lunch as a ‘Thank You!’
