    Former Employee - Personal Trainer

I worked at XSport Fitness part-time for more than a year

    Pros

When you are a trainer, the hours you work are very flexible because you're creating your own schedule with clients. XSport has a lot of customers and the sales people are good at feeding clients to the trainers schedules. This is different than other personal training experiences, because you will always have people on your schedule.

    Cons

It is difficult to make a ton of money unless you are there for a long time. While you always have control over how many sessions you actually service, the per session rate is not great unless you have tons of certifications, or you have been there for a long time and have a ton of output.
