Pros
Okay pay. Not good, not great. Fun staff / clients (my experience) Rewarding when meeting goals Free Gym membership Competitive environment
Cons
Absolutely no work life balance. Always expected to be at work, and expected to stay longer than hours (with no over time). Unrealistic goals and shady business. Company cares more about sales than clients.
- Current Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★

In the short term -Good money to be made. Learn a lot about running your own business. Great skills developed and really toughens your skin and helps you build a backbone. See the "Cons" section for how it is for the long term
Cons
Long hours - No work/life balance. You live at work. 1-4 days off work/month if you're lucky. 11 hour minimum shifts, its common to work more, 12-14 hours a day. Good luck raising a family when you're always at work. Can't enjoy the money you make.

Pros
Great teamwork, decent training, high payout potential
Cons
Work/life balance is non existent. They will move you around until you learn to sell, and then they will still move you around to hit numbers in different clubs that were not possible before you.

Pros
I learned so much during my time here. My regional staff did a great job of developing me and teaching me how to manage a department.
Cons
Literally no work/life balance. We worked so often, we were under an insane amount of stress, which only hurt our performance. Gyms were pretty dirty too.

Pros
Used to be good money, that’s why it was tolerable, now no way
Cons
Can keep going on forever 1) No training and development 2) No work/life Balance 3) CEO/Corporate Employees will not even say hello to you when walking your gym, only tell you what’s wrong 4) Upper management speaks down to you, even a president of the company quit, the only motivational person in the establishment 5) Company literally NEVER changes, same idiotic business decisions 5) Their #1 biggest investor literally walked away 6) They literally lie to your face continuesly 7) President of the company has NEVER ran a gym, or some sales in 25 years.. c’mon.. Totally not respected 8) Still managed like its 1985
