      Pros

      Leadership was solid though C-suite needed more diversity. Forward thinking, but also very pragmatic approach to bringing autonomous flights to reality.

      Cons

      Hired way too fast and was shortsighted about its ability to grow and sustain revenue in the interim.

      Poor leadership, dishonest about company goals and status. Total disregard for aviation standards and leadership has no knowledge or appreciation for quality.

      Fun technology that challenged me in a new direction. Good culture and great people. Snacks, Dogs, Access to San Francisco office as needed.

      Many remote employees. Constantly changing goals. Funding. Company was purchased and core technology team was retained.
