      Pros

      Free coffee and tea. Sometimes they provide cream and sugar.

      Cons

      The President (who’s also the owner) has a horrible temper and screams at employees. Micromanages everything and everyone. As a result, turnover for employees is very high. He just treats people really poorly and then gets angry when they quit. Avoid this place at all costs.

      Pros

      I cannot think of any except the people other than the business owner have been worth knowing and working with.

      Cons

      You spend a lot of time on prehistoric marketing method like snail mail. The owner of the company makes it seem inclusive but its essentially a way to get cheap labour through hiring new immigrants who will work for lower pay. The job description is never what it seems.
