I worked at Yogurtland full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very nice franchisees and many of the people in the organization are very nice. Most are being taken advantage of. Don't make the same mistake.

    Cons

Employees are not trusted to do their jobs. Employees are paid/treated well (or poorly) based on their race, sexual orientation, and gender, possibly based on the religious affiliation of senior leadership. Employees are under monitored surveillance at all times. Employees are taught to look out only for themselves and not for the greater good of the organization by instilling fear.

I worked at Yogurtland part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Easy job, good experience using p.o.s. system, and tips

    Cons

Closing late. The late shift is by far the worst shift and takes too long to do if you are by yourself

I worked at Yogurtland part-time for less than a year

    Pros

You can take home yogurt :) I worked with some cool people, decent tips when I worked nights.

    Cons

Franchise owners set rules and come by every once in a while telling you what to do without knowing your name or anything about their own business. Definitely the most annoying thing about this job.

I worked at Yogurtland part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible hours since open so late, opportunities to advance within the program.

    Cons

Open late so you might get stuck with late closing shifts (I usually went home 1AM), my store personally had issues with rank and a manager that was biased.
