      Pros

      Friendly coworkers Friday drinks Most staff are international so you get to learn a lot about different cultures

      Cons

      When staff leaves, no replacement is hired. Everyone is working at 200% capacity and doing tasks that are not in their job description. Overworked and severely underpaid. Staff are not valued.
