I have been working at Zones full-time

    Pros

Co-workers are nice and you'll make friends easily and quickly. As a full time worker you'll definitely be made to work for your pay.

    Cons

There is virtually no training, no overtime pay, below average wages, sporadic hours, unfair and constantly increasing kpis, the commission structure is so convoluted and barely ever paid in full straight away. There is also quite a sexist streak in upper management.

I worked at Zones full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The GTM Strategy is a good story,

    Cons

It is a very toxic culture, and leadership (especially in Delivery and Presales) takes the position of using and abusing the staff. It is normal to be required to work 16 hours a day 7 days a week. The culture is, work comes first in your life. Enough that they will write you up for missing a team event. They have even required people to travel during ice storms.

    Pros

    Nice new facility, that’s it.

    Cons

Stop mistrusting and micromanaging your employees. Take a step back, let them do their job, and stop requiring check ins every 5 seconds.

    I worked at Zones full-time

    Pros

Some employees were entitled to unlimited PTO, assuming they provide continuity and fulfill the responsibilities of their job.

    Cons

Management was unwilling to consider changing work methods based on ideas and proven strategies from employees. Work smarter, not harder, is not an understood phrase.
