Pros
Good for ignorants. No pressure and no worries for lack of knowledge and sincerity.
Cons
Not for sincere and responsible employees. All in management are either liers or ignorants. Excellent at false commitment. In other words don't value for their own statements. I can simply say shameless people.Many clients are highly upset with them but they survived due to monopoly till 2021, don't know the status in 2022. Have heard from some businessmen as well their professionalism is always questioned.

Pros
I like the people and culture. There has been a new focus on the employees with improvement in the benefits and overall direction of the company.
Cons
This is a rapidly growing company, as such there are some growing pains to trouble shoot through. That being said management is always open to new ideas to progress forward to the bright future.
