I have been working at everis full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They truly seem the best consultancy to work for: they pay good salary to consultants not trying to rip them off like every other consulting company, very transparent in career growth, requirements and compensation for every level. No micromanagement and over-controlling managers - the company is based on trust and self-responsibility. Result, not process oriented. They are keen to hear employees feedback and implement the changes when required. Flexible career path.

    Cons

In the end of the day it is still consulting - short-time projects all around Europe and constant stress over chargebility, career growth, and need to cover everything by project costs and to be approved by project manager - even as simple item as headset. They are growing intensely and merging with a bigger company, which increases bureaucracy level day by day - up to the point it's not motivating to take any action in the company.
