Pros

Great company values and top management coming from Google. Smart and inspiring people. Great agency to develop analytics skills Good exposition to various analytics tools and products. Good if you want to become quickly analytics manager/data analyst or a technical marketing analyst/manager.

Cons

Low salaries, below any tech company or consultancy ones. It's still an agency, with agency staffing management, trying to compete with consulting firms, but without experienced managers. Back office work with few exposition to clients and quite inexperienced management for junior consultants. No career path after senior position, most people leave after 2 to 4 years.

Pros

Most of the colleagues are recent graduates. Young and motivated. Many induction training videos for employee to watch. Can learn a lot about setting up platforms and fixing platform issues. Company vision and mission are clearly defined. Centered on business development and the regional revenue target.

Cons

High employee turnover and a lack of experienced profiles. Not very clear on career growth

Pros

-You'll be trained and you'll learn a lot -Especially interesting for somebody starting their career -Nice company culture -People are mostly welcoming and nice -Offices in the heart of Paris

Cons

-Salaries are (clearly) below the market -Hierarchy and processes are getting complex as the company grows... They haven't figure it out yet (and it's been a while). -Top management is disconnected from what's happening below them (too busy with internationalization) -Learning happens at the beginning after a while you stagnate -No matter what, it is still a agency.
