StartUp Company, everything is under development which is giving you an opportunity to grow and at least express you ideas.
Cons
Company is not investing in their employees, many things including technologies are depends on Heads of Departments, all advantages of StartUp company are limited by Heads of Departments vision, poor work/life balance.
