I have been working at first direct full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Worked here for 7 years. Good pay for what it is. Good holidays and benefits package.
Cons
Returning from maternity leave and at last minute unexpected change in circumstances means no childcare for late shifts. Basically told working unsociable hours is in the contract and it’s tough by inflexible department manager.

Pros
Great customer service ethic and carries this through to its staff. Good benefits package and great onsite facilities. Loved working here and left on a high.
Cons
HSBC mentality can be a bit stifling but does make the opportunities even wider. Salary is below market median
