Great people to work with like one big family. Benefits also good.

    Cons

Work life balance can be a struggle if time management is not your strong point.

I have been working at first direct full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The culture, ethos and the people are great & as are the benefits; free gym, parking, the pension is exceptional.

    Cons

The base salary, the systems & processes and that you will be required to do 12 months minimum in call centre before you can look to move anywhere else within the company. That goes for everyone & is all dependant on your team leaders support/approval.

I have been working at first direct full-time

    Pros

Great place to work with fun things happening all the time. You're constantly been given things and free food. The people are great too.

    Cons

Very much based on stats that an individual rep gets. This is unfair as you are unable to have quality conversations with customers and makes the job stressful at times.
