    Pros

    Great colleagues Good shift patterns Flexible holiday

    Cons

    Bad management No progression Only use you for busy periods, promise to keep you on but go back on word.

    I have been working at first direct full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Good holiday entitlement, good benefits and pay

    Cons

    Too much pressure on staff to sell. Too much micro management get told can only go to the toilet for x amount of minutes a day, management are clueless to the stress they put on staff. Its who you know not what you know. Little to no progression unless you work in leeds
