    Friendly colleagues, overtime available, good online system

    Cons

    Low contracted hours, rejection from future applications

    Advice to Management

    If you’re not going to make one of your temporary staff permanent, please at least explain to them why not and don’t prevent them from being considered for future positions in other stores when they have not done anything wrong

    25% colleague discount, 75% uniform discount, young team

    Cons

    contracted for 6 hours a week but expected to do overtime, therefore you don't get a lot of paid holidays
