    You'll make some good friends with people in your team but I guess this goes for every retail type job

    Cons

    For the most part management was decent but one higher up was aggressively demeaning and disrespectful towards us despite only being one rung higher on the ladder. She was enabled by our site manager and she was ridiculously rude and patronising, to the point where you start to think she doesn't want you to succeed at the job she wants to add further hurdles just so that she can ridicule you.     if you're not friends with the managers you're given the task of cleaning, dealing with the more laborious activities etc. while the others stand around and talk. long hours, shifts ending at 10-11pm and then expected to work the next morning shifts constantly changing good shift times given to the people who are close friends with the managers no training given - expected to teach yourself with a tablet while you're...

    Internal bullying, treated as disposable, no reward system (not even words!).

    Positive feedback and reinforcement required, although a hierarchy should be respected this should not be abused!
