      It's a nice place, people are friendly and fun to work with for the most part, view is fantastic in Long Beach

      Cons

      Management makes every decision in a panic and as if only now matters. Like I said, it's always too much work or not enough and it's always due yesterday

      Company seems to be recovering from last recession, lots of new faces on board, Giood work environment. Current management seems to really care about staff morale.

      Cons

      Studios would rather look to outside talent when hiring rather than relocate/transfer existing talent in the firm.
