      Chaos when it comes to direction and follow through. Every month would be a complete shift, change in leadership, goals etc.

      - Good people. - Very interesting problem domain. Not your typical CRUD app. - Not a lot of red tape. - Openness to new ideas and change.

      Cons

      Like any fast-moving startup, compromises were made in the codebase to move quickly. Lots of tech debt and not enough deep knowledge or appetite to improve it. Culture of shipping stories and making it work.
