Fishes, need advice. I dipped my toe in the market and now have an offer that is $100k more than my current salary (in industry, as a program manager). Spoke to my lead partner and they’ve been able to increase my pay by $9k (lol). I don’t feel ready to leave consulting as I’ve come from industry. What would u do?

Managers are typically paid at a premium to more junior team members, as compensation for their additional work training, supervising, and coaching other employees. Managers can increase their pay by progressing into executive-level positions such as management executive, chief executive officer (CEO), chief strategy officer (CSO) or a similar role. They may require additional training or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in order to reach these positions.
