I work for McKinsey, as a 2nd year EM (about to be AP within next months) consistently being rated 4/5 and being interviewed for a consulting firm in UAE Current salary is 235.000 USD ***NET*** (13k net monthly + 81k net in bonus; to make fair comparison) Any recomendations on salary I should ask? Any recommendations on what role I'd be applying/should be ok? (they haven't disclosed that yet)

What kind of opportunities should I look for as a senior associate partner at McKinsey? Been here about 7 years and have 5.5 years of experience before business school. Focus of my work has been financial services and commercial topics. Would VP roles be a stretch? How should I assess compensation?
