I am with the Good Hands Family. I’m in sales as a licensed sales producer on their chat team. I have been here over 4yrs and I feel like I should get more than $50k+ for the amount of sales I produce. In 2023, on a team of 12 reps I was the second highest producer. We only get a base salary and although I was in the top 5% I didn’t get that big of a raise. Are there any other chat positions out there that pay more?
