If there is an issue with an order, he seeks the information through listening, and once he understands the issue, Shubham then acts swiftly on implementing a long-term solution; because of this we have seen case numbers drop by more than 50%. Congratulations to Martin Saniga for receiving the STUDCO'S BEST AWARD! Marty sets an extraordinary example for the rest of the production team. He is passionate about seeing the team succeed and is hands on in making that happen. Marty is often seen training new staff and helping the production team when their workload is demanding. He does this whilst juggling his leadership responsibilities and collaborating with other Studco departments. Marty makes himself available to those that need assistance and sets the standard for everyone.
