  • Meet the Badass YETIzen of the Week. William joined YETI over two years ago as part of a small team to lead the development of a new category. With the many challenges that arose during the development process, he demonstrated the YETI Core Values consistently and with an amazing can-do attitude: Core Value #1 - Being Authentic and Innovative with our Brand and Products Core Value #2 - Continually Strive for Improvement William now serves in a manager capacity. While he has shifted focus in his day-to-day, he still provides support to the Category Management team and plays an important role as an advisor. Another great example of our core values.

  • Meet the Badass YETIzen of the Week. Kelley joined YETI in 2015 and provides financial support to the Marketing and Innovation departments. Between supporting the month-end close process and understanding how to scale, manage, and grow the business, he is constantly looking at how to move the needle. Kelley’s work ethic and analytical mindset showcases Core Value #3 - Prioritize Activities That Have The Biggest Impact.

  • Congratulations to our Battlefield Award winner, Luke Horadam. Luke is a Customer Experience Group Lead at YETI and manages a team, THE LUKADORS, who support our customers via email and phone. From checking inventory availability and taking orders, to explaining features and educating customers on best practices, this team is the first point of contact for most customers. He is dedicated to his team and their success matters to him. During an exceptionally busy time, Luke came into work and rolled up his sleeves to be there supporting his team. His leadership demonstrates a constant willingness to go the extra mile.

  • Meet the Badass of the Week, Hayley Denholm. She is the linchpin to the Australian team. Between answering customer service phone calls, entering orders as fast as she can, and keeping it all on the track, she does it all with sheer calmness. Hayley exudes Core Value #4 - Be Responsive And Go The Extra Mile.

  • Our 2018 Internship Program has officially launched! We are excited to have them working in some pretty cool functions from Innovation and New Product, to Brand Protection, Data Science, and Fundraising. Help us welcome them to the team this Summer and stay tuned to hear about the challenges they face and milestones they achieve.

  • Meet our Badass of the Week - Sarah Hackett Recently, Sarah led the Performance and Development process to a 92% completion rate. Whether improving current processes or implementing new systems, Sarah's management has a big impact on both current employees and the talent we recruit. She always thinks YETI first and goes the extra mile (CV #4!) to make YETI a badass place to work.
